PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of maintaining initial performance of the read-out or the write-in of data. SOLUTION: The information processor is equipped with; a casing 11; a driving mechanism 12 which is supported to be able to be driven in the casing 11, and which performs the rotary driving of magnetic disks 16 , and with which data can be read out or can be written from/to the magnetic disk 16 by performing relative shift driving with respect to a rotating magnetic disk 16; and a covering body 13 which is arranged on the outer surface part 11b of the casing 11, and which consists of insulating material.
