PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet burner having high thermal efficiency, hardly causing accidental fire and capable of precisely steaming and roasting weeds without burning the weeds; and to provide a steaming and roasting type weeding device using the burner. SOLUTION: The wet burner has a fuel-feeding part 7 for jetting fuel, an air-feeding part 8 for feeding air to the fuel, and a water-feeding part 10 for spraying water so as to surround the periphery of the fuel and the air.
