PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor having a large electrostatic capacity as compared with the proportion of the volume thereof. SOLUTION: A silicon film or a fluororesin film 8 with a thickness not more than 20μm is interposed between two polarizable electrodes 20, 21 as a separator, and these are immersed in an electrolyte and surrounded by an aluminum film 2. Nano order active carbon 6 and conductive particles 7 of silver, bismuth etc. for decreasing the internal resistance are mixed and applied to current collecting foil 4, 5.
