PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use heat or cold insulation bag into which a material can be poured easily. SOLUTION: The heat or cold insulation bag 1 of the invention is made from a polymer composition. The bag 1 comprises a bag-like body 3 and a spout 5 having a tube 9 that extends from the body 3 for making the inside of the bag 3 communicate with the open air. A cap 7 is arranged on the spout 5 to keep the cap and the spout 5 liquid-tight. The cap 7 is preferably formed so that its diameter becomes larger in the upper direction. More preferably, a thick step section, which works as a stopper for the cap 7, is formed on the inside of the tube 9 in the middle of the height direction to reduce the inner diameter of the tube 9. After the cap 7 is attached, the upper part of the tube 9 can be folded to the inside of the tube 9. A folded section may be provided with a fastener 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
