PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy finger ring which ensures the management of physical conditions and better health for users by wearing the healthy finger ring on a specific finger and by giving a plurality of stimuli on healthy acupressure points located on the finger and in the peripheral area of a joint of the base of the finger. SOLUTION: The finger ring 1 has a V-shaped ring 2 of a curved outline which is formed perpendicularly in the direction of a P axis, protrusions 4a, 4b which have a necessary diameter and a height and are disposed at a necessary interval on the inner surface, and a protrusion 4c of a necessary diameter and a height on a surface of the inner diameter of a ring arm 3 of the finger ring 1.
