PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated coil component wherein a coil axis direction is made to be parallel to a mounting surface, and two external electrodes are formed on the same surface of a ceramic laminate. SOLUTION: The method comprises a ceramic green sheet preparation process of forming an internal conductor layer and a via hole on and in a ceramic green sheet, a lamination process of laminating the ceramic green sheet to form a green sheet laminate, and a calcination process of calcining the green sheet laminate to form a ceramic laminate. In the ceramic green sheet preparation process or the lamination process, a first identification mark is formed on the surface of the green sheet laminate parallel to the laminate surface of the same. There is further provided an external electrode formation process of forming an external electrode by discriminating a surface on which an external electrode should be formed with the aid of a first identification mark after the calcination process.
