he present invention relates to the industrial production of products containing marc extracts rich in anti-atheromatic inhibitors of the platelet-activating factor (PAF) and to the administration forms of same products for the prevention, protection and strengthening of the resistance of the human organism against circulatory and cardiovascular malfunctions, coronary vessels diseases, atherosclerosis, atheromatosis, hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipemia and related troubles. The invention also offers a method suited for the industrial production of the aforementioned extracts, which production includes simplified extraction processes as well as a method for the calculation of the quantity of marc extract corresponding to 100 cm3 of wine on the basis of the IC50 value determined by the described herein test. |
