Process for producing polymeric composite materials

Preparation of polymer bonding materials (I) (preferably thermoplastic nanocomposites) comprises mixing polymerizable monomers and/or prepolymers (A) in partially melt-fluid provided with a partial organophile, at least partially intercalated layered silicate, preferably under agitation; agitating the obtained mixture; initiating polymerization of (A) in the presence of layered silicate; and polymerizing (A) in the mixture. Preparation of polymer bonding materials (I) (preferably thermoplastic nanocomposites) comprises: (A) mixing polymerizable monomers and/or prepolymers (A) in at least partially melt-fluid or fluid condition and/or in aqueous fluid provided with a partial organophile, at least partially intercalated layered silicate, preferably under agitation for first time duration in first temperature or its range; (B) agitating the obtained mixture for a second time duration in a second temperature or its range; (C) initiating polymerization of (A) in the presence of layered silicate; and (D) polymerizing at least a large part of (A) in the mixture for a third time duration in a third temperature or its range.
