A stator core (10) is provided with two stator core components (5). Each of the stator core components (5) is integrally provided with a yoke part (4) extending in annular, a teeth part (2) protruding in a radius direction of the yoke part (4), and a flange part (3) jutting in a circumference direction at a protruding part leading edge of the teeth part (2). The two stator core components (5) are stacked and bonded in the thickness direction. Thus, a dust core having excellent magnetic characteristics and a method for manufacturing it are provided.
