PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method capable of accurately and speedily measuring canine interferon-γ. SOLUTION: Canine interferon-γis measured by an enzyme immunoassay by a sandwich method using a reference canine interferon-γsolution; an insoluble carrier; an anti-canine interferon-γantibody; an anti-canine interferon-γantibody bonded with a labeling agent; an enzyme complex; a substrate liquid; a reaction stop liquid; and a coloring agent to be used if needed.
