PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plate support members which are each mounted in a hole formed in a plate beforehand, function to support the plates, wherein the plate support members can be reduced in number with respect to the number of the plates, and can absorb mounting error of each plate, and to provide a plate support structure. SOLUTION: The support member 70 consists of rod members 72, 74, 76, 78, and bearings 80, 82. The rod member 74 has a ball body 92 having a spherical cavity 94 formed therein, into which a spherical body 96 is rotatably fitted. Therefore a double spherical rotary body including the balls 92, 96 is arranged in a hole 13 formed in an indoor-side glass pane 12. Further the rod member 78 has a spherical body 108 at a right edge thereof, which is rotatably, rockably, and swingingly linked to the bearing 82.
