PURPOSE: A magnetic clamp is provided to prevent a resistance meter from being overloaded when accelerating or decelerating a model ship by measuring the resistance of the model ship, thereby preventing damage to the resistance meter. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic clamp comprises a magnetic unit(10), a connection bar(40), and a seating unit(60). The magnetic unit is joined to a towing carriage. The connection bar is joined to the magnetic unit to be detachable and inserted into the seating unit. The connection bar is attached to the bottom of the model ship being towed by the towing carriage. An adhering unit(50) is attached to the upper part of the connection bar, thereby being joined to the magnetic unit by a magnetic force.
