A folding bracket (200) is pivoted to the front of a seat frame (100) and is hinged to a tilting bracket (300) under a seat cushion (400). A tilt up device, equipped to both brackets, resiliently uplifts the tilting bracket front end according to user's control. A plate panel (420) below the seat cushion defines a space for enclosing both brackets and is fixed to the tilting bracket.
