<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone with a power generation function having characteristics that a power generating device using a rotating body for converting dynamic energy into electric energy is not required, using a material that can instantaneously convert a dynamic behavior into electric power going through a generator, and that electric power can be generated by only the cellular phone itself freely at any time, and that its operation is highly reliable because of a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This cellular phone with the power generation function comprises a vibrated power generating portion having a function of generating electric power by being given vibrations and a talking portion that functions using the electric power generated by the vibrated power generating portion.
