<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a complicated structure inside a golf club head wax pattern by washing off a liquid-soluble core using an aqueous solution after the completion of a heat-fusible wax pattern, and to improve the flexibility and potentiality in designing a golf club head. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the golf club head wax pattern comprises a step of forming the liquid-soluble core by injection-molding a liquid-soluble base material in such a way that the core and at least part of the internal shape of a preform club head compensate with each other, a step of forming a cavity in such a way that the shape of the cavity and the outer shape of the preform club head correspondingly compensate with each other, and a step of manufacturing the heat-fusible wax pattern with the shape of the preform club head by dissolving the liquid-soluble core in the liquid and washing off the dissolved liquid-soluble core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
