PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sensing a criminal by a sensor at the time of his/her leaving, and spraying a color liquid or tear gas at an exit to surely mark the criminal to help the arrest of the criminal of an unexpected heinous burglar case, which is simple and easy to set in a store as well as a financial institute. SOLUTION: This criminal tracking marking system is adapted so that a color spray injecting device within a case automatically spray the color liquid to the criminal for a fixed time by infrared detection. The color spray injection device includes a cylinder-type color spray, an electric motor, and an excessive rise and excessive down preventing limiter switch to prevent wrong operation. The injection device further comprises a spray fixing device and a size adjusting plate so that most of commercially available cylinder-type color sprays, tear gas sprays, adhesive sprays and the like can be used.
