PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive glass lining on which static electricity is hardly charged, which is strong to dielectric breakdown caused by electrostatic discharge, and whose quality control is easy, and a structure composed of the electrically conductive glass lining. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive glass lining (GL) is prepared by forming an electrically conductive GL composed of at least three GL layers comprising an undercoating GL layer calcined without adding an electrically conductive substance into a glass frit, a topcoating ordinary GL layer, and an outermost surface layer of a topcoating electrically conductive layer calcined with adding the electrically conductive substance into the glass frit, and furthermore, a low temperature calcined electrically conductive GL member for connecting the outermost layer topcoating electrically conductive GL with a substrate metal formed on an end part. The electrically conductive GL of the present invention has a higher discharge resistance and the same antistatic effect in comparison with the whole layer electrically conductive GL.
