PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device which enhances sealing property of a foldable fire door. SOLUTION: The locking device of the foldable fire door has a retaining protrusion (20) which projects toward an upper frame (8c) of a passage opening from an upper end of a first door when a second door begins to close the rest part of the passage opening after the first door (6a) closes the passage opening part, and a fixture (21) fixed to the upper frame to which the retaining protrusion is fitted. The fixture has a fitting part (21a) to which the retaining protrusion (20) projecting toward the upper frame of the passage opening is fitted, a fixing part (21b) for holding the fitting part, a position adjusting means (31) for adjusting the fitting part relative to the retaining protrusion on the fixing part, and a fixing means (38) for fixing the fitting part to the fixing part in a position where the fitting part abuts on the retaining protrusion. The fitting part is fixed by the fixing means (38) in a position where the fitting part is made to abut on the retaining protrusion by the position adjusting means.
