RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR ACCUMULATOR BLADDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition that has excellent chlorine water resistance, does not produce black water even by extension or bending operation and thereby is effectively useful as an accumulator bladder to be suitably used in application of running water.

SOLUTION: The rubber composition for an accumulator bladder is obtained by mixing 100 parts wt. of a chlorinated polyethylene having 20-50 wt.% of chlorine content with 1-25 parts wt. of a phenol alkylsulfonic acid ester. Preferably the rubber composition further comprises≤25 parts wt. of fatty acid oil.
