PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building of which expansion according to purpose or use, the increase or decrease of habitable space, customization or conversion of use of the space is free to pursue. SOLUTION: The building comprises frame bodies 1 each shaped in a closed loop and arranged at a fixed interval in the direction perpendicular to the plane enclosed by the closed loop, and joints 2 connecting such a frame body 1 with another. Board components 3 are placed closely between the frame bodies 1, 1 at least in part to construct an independent structure. The interior of the arranged frame bodies 1 is used mainly as room spaces.
