APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DIGITAL CODING OF SOUND

The present application discloses conversion of vocal sounds (1) into a digital data format(4). This technique will significantly decrease the amount of memory needed to store the digital data (4) of the recorded voice. The system is a microphone converting the vocal sound signals into electrical signal, amplifying and filtering module (3) for analyzing the electrical signals, a comparator module (4) for comparing the analog signal to pre-defined value and sampling by clock edge module for representing the output signal of the comparator as a digital data format, a memory module for storing said digital data, a filtering module (6) for reducing the alternating the analog signal higher harmonics, an amplifying module (7) increasing the filtered signals amplitude and transducer module (8) for converting the electrical amplifying signals into a vocal sound signal.
