<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting film type solid oxide fuel cell stack capable of preventing short-circuit by preventing a foil material of a sub-assembly from contacting an interconnector when laminating and stacking the sub-assembly for the fuel cell stack, and capable of restraining permeation of oxide gas as well. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting film type solid oxide fuel cell stack is formed by laminating a plurality of sub-assemblies formed by wrapping the whole of unit cells of the supporting film type solid oxide fuel cell by an alloy foil provided with an opening for cathode, a gas lead-in hole, and a gas lead-out hole, through an interconnector and an insulation spacer having a wave-shaped part for gas-flow and electric connection. A heat resistant material, having electricity insulation property, restraining permeation of oxidant gas, is inserted at insulation spacer side of the outside of the sub-assembly.
