<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of solving problems wherein inspection/monitoring of a movable part is difficult and wherein wiring cost is taken, or the like, in the conventional inspection/monitoring for various kinds of structures or equipment, and installing a sensor even in the movable part or a difficult-to-wire portion to easily realize maintenance and inspection, or monitoring of the various kinds of structures or equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In this inspection and monitoring method for the building, the structure or the equipment accompanying them, a sensor network is temporarily constructed to efficiently execute the inspection/monitoring.
