The working vehicle, especially a wheel loader, has a lifting arm (13) with a bearing (J) for the vehicle's frame and a first bearing (F) for the working equipment (12), and between these bearings a bearing (B) for a rocking arm (15) and a bearing (G) for a lift cylinder. A bearing (A) for a tilt cylinder and a bearing (C) for a tilt rod are provided on the rocking arm. The positions and spacing of these (A,B,C,F,G) and other bearings (D,E) within the lifting and tilting unit are selected in such a way that the inclination of a first piece of working equipment relative to the horizontal varies by 4 degrees at most during a single lifting movement of the lifting and tilting unit (11).
