<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module which prevents the damages to solar cells when sealing the solar cells between warping plates by a resin. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is the method of manufacturing the solar cell module which is such that a plurality of solar cells 4 are sealed by resin between a light receiving surface-side transparent plate 2 and a rear plate 3. Both the light receiving-side transparent plate 2 and the rear plate 3 have warping with a curvature radius of 500-10,000 mm. The plurality of solar cells 4 are arranged in order at a distance and are connected to each other by conductors 8. A first sealing resin sheet 20 is located between the light receiving surface-side transparent plate 2 and the solar cells 4, while a second sealing resin sheet 30 is located between the rear plate 3 and the solar cells 4. After arranging sealing resin sheet pieces 40, 41, 42, and 43 which are thicker than the solar cells 4 in the spaces 9 between the solar cells 4 or in a margin 10 outside the solar cells 4, the air between the light receiving surface-side transparent plate 2 and the rear plate 3 is exhausted, and then the resin is melted by heat treatment and cooled to seal the solar cells 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
