<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set the starting timing of engine output increase control when shifting down on the basis of deceleration will of a driver. <P>SOLUTION: The engine output increase control is started at times t6 and t7 when reduced up to " starting hydraulic pressure " without causing an acceleration feeling even if engine output increases, when transmission torque capacity of a releasing side clutch is reduced or eliminated in a process of reducing actual hydraulic pressure of the releasing side clutch up to standby hydraulic pressure PtDr when shifting down on the basis of the deceleration will of the driver. In this case, for estimating the times 6 and t7 when the actual hydraulic pressure of the releasing side clutch reduces to the starting hydraulic pressure or less, a response of the actual hydraulic pressure to a hydraulic pressure command value of the releasing side clutch, is approximated by a transmission characteristic of " a primary delay + dead time ". An estimate of the actual hydraulic pressure arithmetically operated by this transmission characteristic is compared with the starting hydraulic pressure. At times t6 and t7 when the estimate of the actual hydraulic pressure reduces up to the starting hydraulic pressure, it is determined as reaching the starting timing of the engine output increase control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
