PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-voltage circuit increasing the speed of response to rapid changes in input voltage or sudden changes in load current. SOLUTION: The constant-voltage circuit includes a first error amplifier AMP1 that increases DC gain and a second error amplifier AMP2 that has a fast response characteristic.
