<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable and convenient apparatus for detecting the prone sleep of a baby, which prevents a choking accident by detecting the prone sleep of the baby and announcing it. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a detecting part 2 arranged on the surface of the clothes of the baby 1; and a main body part 6. The detecting part 2 includes: a sensor part 3 arranged on a belly part, a breast part, a neck part and a shoulder part, etc., on the surface of the clothes 10 so as to detect the prone sleep of the baby 1; a first control part 4 for transmitting an ON signal when the sensor part 3 detects the prone sleep; and a transmission part 5 for receiving a command from the first control part 4, converting the ON signal into electromagnetic wave, and transmitting it. The main body part 6 comprises: a reception part 7 for receiving the ON signal; a second control part 8 for outputting a command to start an operation to an alarm part 9 when the reception part 7 receives the ON signal; and the alarm part 9 for receiving the command, generating a beam, a sound, a vibration or the combination of them, and performing announcement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
