The present invention relates to a method for producing speciality plant bio-feed abundant in mushroom hyphae from the animal MBMs, and to the specialty bio-feed produced thereby. It is the object of the invention to solve the problem of animal feed using the animal MBMs for ruminants that is assumed to be a cause of the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) that causes the people in the world as well as in Europe in a panic. In accordance with the invention, the specialty plant bio-feed abundant in mushroom hyphae is not only safe from the BSE, but also is rich in organic and inorganic matters, enhances the digestion efficiency and creates high added values with the rich anti-cancer ingredients and new functional matters.
