PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable controller device for collecting a counter present value in a stable fixed cycle. SOLUTION: A PLC module 1 is provided with a time measuring means 17 for generating the cycle of the fixed cyclic processing and a signal exs in a fixed cycle and an external signal outputting means 18 for outputting the signal exs in the fixed cycle to a counter module 9. The counter module 9 is provided with an external signal inputting means 19 for inputting the signal exs in the fixed cycle from the PLC module 1, and for fetching it to the inside of the counter module 9 and a current count value storing means 11 for receiving the signal exs in the fixed cycle, and for storing the current count value of an external pulse input signal exp.
