<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely reconstruct information converted into a two-dimensional code and visualized on a surface of a recording medium or a device as same as its original data and enable the two-dimensional code and the like to be reusable. <P>SOLUTION: Data in a two-dimensional code description area extracted by a pen type reproducing device 760 is reconstructed by extension process parts 238, 242, 248, 256 as data before being two-dimensionally coded. At a coding part 808, two-dimensional code having at least three markers, a data area wherein data to be reproduced are described and an error correction area wherein error correction data are described are generated from data in the two dimensional code description area extracted by the pen type reproducing device 760.
