PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the frame of a driver of a display part narrow, namely, to reduce a display panel size and to make a module external shape small-sized. SOLUTION: Output pads 2 (pads with large potential difference) for a scanning signal which are arranged at both ends of a driver 1 are arranged in two-stage zigzag array and output pads 2 (pads with small potential difference) for a data signal are arranged in one array. Consequently, an ACF-COG mount driver is obtained which is small in width advantageously for side reduction of the liquid crystal panel/module while adapted to integration/higher resolution.
