<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a visible image is recorded on the label surface of an optical disk, the optical disk are set to an optical disk device reversely as compared with the case the usual information recording is performed and the distance from an object lens to an information recording layer in the optical disk at the time of information recording and the distance from the object lens to a photosensitive/heat sensitive layer in the optical disk are different from each other. <P>SOLUTION: When the visible image is recorded on the label surface of the optical disk by utilizing a laser mounted on the optical disk device, an optical pickup whose thickness h is h≤0.4H is mounted on the optical disk device having height H, a space in the height direction is generated in the optical disk by utilizing the conventionally used thin optical pickup and the optical disk device with an inexpensive label printing function can be provided while the important problem of offset of the object lens is solved by effectively utilizing the space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
