<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data-reproducing system, capable of easily carrying out real-time reproduction, without causing missing of data, even when a vehicle passes through a communication disabled area in the case that AV contents are downloaded by radio communication and reproduced in real time, in the interior of the vehicle or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle reproducing apparatus 100 includes a communication section 104 for receiving the contents data and detecting a communication state; a reproduction control section 102 for selecting either the received contents data or the prior data for the communication disabled area recorded on a removable medium 10, on the basis of the communication state; and a reproduction section 103 for reproducing the selected data. A home use recording apparatus 200 includes a communication disabled time predicting section 205 for generating a communication disabled prediction time, on the basis of route information and communication disabled area information; and a control section 203 for determining the prior data for the communication disabled area to be written in the removable medium 10, on the basis of the communication disabled prediction time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
