PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an unauthorized break-in preventing system which prevents illegal break-in to a computer network system even when an illegal break-in detecting device itself is in an abnormal state, and which has higher security against unauthorized break-ins. SOLUTION: This unauthorized break-in prevention system 1 which has the unauthorized break-in detecting device 11 for detecting unauthorized break-in to the computer network system 2 for transmitting/receiving a packet, and prevents the unauthorized break-in to the computer network system when the unauthorized break-in detecting device detects the unauthorized break-in, is provided with an unauthorized break-in detecting device abnormality detection function for detecting abnormality of the unauthorized break-in detecting device and a communication disconnection function for disconnecting communication to the computer network system, when the unauthorized break-in detecting device abnormality detection function detects abnormality of the unauthorized break-in detecting device.
