PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curable polyorganosiloxane composition for forming a cured coated film having low viscosity, good in application property without a solvent, high in hardness and excellent in scratch resistance or the like.SOLUTION: A room temperature curable polyorganosiloxane composition comprises (B) an organic metallic compound as a curing catalyst of 0.1 to 15 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of (A) a polyorganosiloxane mixture obtained by mixing 20 to 95 pts.mass of (A1) terminal alkoxy group-containing polyorganosiloxane obtained by an alkoxylation reaction of (A1a) silanol group-containing polyorganosiloxane having a three-dimensional network and having D units and a T unit with a molar ratio of D/T of 0.5 to 2.0 and having Mw of 2,000 to 100,000 and 80 to 5 pts.mass of (A2) polyorganosiloxane having 2 or more alkoxy groups and viscosity of 3 mPa s to 500 mPa s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
