PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information network which can be utilized for emergency contact by grouping a manager who owns a personal computer and members who use cellular phones on the Internet. SOLUTION: Opening of a homepage in which the manager can perform simultaneous contact to the members is provided. The homepage is provided with a registration function of an emergency contact method of the members, a function of simultaneous transmission from the manager to the members, a judgment function whether or not contact is confirmed and a homepage mutual rewrite function, and the manager can perform the emergency contact to the members by utilizing the functions.
