<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commerce transaction system capable of performing trade of a commodity on the basis of an estimate with a designated merchandise trade condition. <P>SOLUTION: This commerce transaction system 1 mainly comprises a management server 2 connected to the Internet 101; a client terminal 3 used by a client 103 that determines an estimate for an automobile part 100 and orders the automobile part 100 according to the estimate; a maker terminal 4 set in a part maker 104 that supplies the automobile part 100 to the client 103; and a delivery agent terminal 5 used by a delivery agent that delivers the automotive part 100 produced by the part maker 104 to a delivery destination designated by the client 103.
