PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier capable of easily forming a spline on one plate portion and on an opposite side of the other plate portion among plate portions comprising of a planetary carrier. SOLUTION: The carrier 10 comprises a pair of plate portions 11 and 21 which are arranged to face each other and rotatably supports a pinion gear, a plate connecting portion 12 connecting the pair of plate portions 11 and 21, and a hub 13 projecting to an outer peripheral side of the plate portion 11 and forming a spline shape at an outer peripheral end side. In the carrier 10, the one plate portion 11, the plate connecting portion 12, and the hub 13 are integrally formed, and the other plate portion 22 is joined with an end side of the plate connecting portion 12.
