PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runflat tire that has low hardness and improved heat resistance and especially has good balance between hardness and heat resistance, and to provide a urethane composition especially used for a reinforcement for a support body. SOLUTION: The urethane composition for the runflat tire contains urethane prepolymer (A) having at least two isocyanate bases at its ends, polyol (B), and a chain elongation agent (C). One component of the urethane prepolymer (A), polyol (B), and chain elongation agent (C) contains three or more functions, and the content of hard segment in polyurethane resin obtained from the urethane composition is set 8-20 wt.%.
