PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bronchi endoscope, even if sampling cellular tissues in the bronchi, capable of sucking and removing sputum accumulated in the bronchi of a subject as necessary. SOLUTION: An insertion tube 1, in its inside, is inserted and disposed, independently each other, with a treatment tool insertion duct 5 having opened one end in the distal end 4 of the insertion tube 1 for passing the treatment tool 20 projecting from the distal end 4 of the flexible tubular insertion tube 1, and a suction duct 6 having an opened one end in the distal end 4 of the insertion tube 1 for performing a suction from the side of the distal end 4 of the insertion tube 1.
