PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor having a separation chamber and capable of increasing discharge flow rate when operating the compressor at high speed to increase speed of turning stream, increase separation efficiency of lubricating oil, reduce oil circulation rate in refrigerating cycle excessively, and prevent reduction of reliability because lubrication property of a slide part of the compressor is worsened and suppressing pulsation sound when operating the compressor at low speed. SOLUTION: This compressor is provided with a mechanism for detecting temperature of fluid in the vicinity of an inlet of a leading hole in a discharge chamber or temperature of a part of the compressor equivalent to temperature of fluid to change cross sectional area of the leading hole. By this configuration, flow speed of fluid flowing into the separation chamber from the discharge chamber is changed by corresponding to temperature of fluid in the vicinity of the inlet of the leading hole in the discharge chamber to improve oil circulation rate in refrigerating cycle and pulsation sound.
