PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit which has sure positioning of cover and is superior in productivity, and wherein no soldering failures due to solder flux occur. SOLUTION: In the electronic circuit unit, a vertically penetrating through hole 1a is formed in a circuit board 1, wherein an electronic component 5 is mounted to form an optional electronic circuit, and a projection piece 6c of a cover 6 is hooked on the through hole 1a to position the cover 6. Furthermore, the through hole 1a is filled with an adhesive agent 7, so that the cover 6 can be positioned easily and precisely, and the assembling becomes appropriate, and an inexpensive unit can be produced. In addition, the through hole 1a is filled with the adhesive agent 7, so that when a sidewall 6b of the cover 6 is soldered to a wiring pattern 2, solder flux is prevented from flowing out to the lower surface of the circuit board 1 by the adhesive agent 7.
