PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest height adjustor stably raising/lowering a headrest in association with the sliding operation of a seat body while suppressing the increase in a necessary space. SOLUTION: A headrest raising/lowering mechanism 20 is provided with a base member 22 fixed to a seat back 10a of the seat body; a pulley 23 turnably supported at the base member 22, feeding an internal wire 17b in association with the rearward sliding operation of the seat body, rewinding an internal wire 18b and turning in one direction, and rewinding the internal wire 17b in association with the forward sliding operation of the seat body, feeding the internal wire 18b and turning in the other side direction; a turning arm 27 turnably supported at the base member 22 and turnably driven by the pulley 23 via a driving gear 24 and a sector gear 28, and a slider 30 engaged with the turning arm 27, converting the turning motion of the turning arm 27 into the linear motion and raising/lowering the headrest.
