摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent and a surface coating method capable of easily giving glass or the like thermal insulation effect by simply coating the glass or the like with the agent. SOLUTION: The coating agent is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of an alkoxysiloxane-based curable composition with 10-300 pts.wt. of an antimony-doped tin oxide microparticles.
