PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraping and wiping tool which solves the problem of conventional tools that firstly, they do not fit in the hand, in the palm in particular and therefore have to be kept grasped in order to avoid them from falling off the hands, and secondly, that they are difficult to handle and therefore require to be changed or replaced in accordance with the subjects or parts to be cleaned. SOLUTION: The scraping and wiping tool contains strips of fabric provided with retractility or elasticity folded in a bundle in a sack made of synthetic fabric of fine texture. The sack is closed with a part of the bundle exposed in a tufted state from its opening and is provided integratedly with a tubular section for inserting at least more than one finger on the surface of the sack. The tubular section for inserting finger turns its axial core in a direction approximately orthogonal to the opening of the sack and is made of mesh fabric provided with retractility with two of them in parallel to each other.
