PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low alkaline solidifying material composition which exhibits an excellent soil-stabilizing treatment effect for weak soils such as Kanto loam, silt, sludge, and organic soil, can lower the pH of treated soil to≤10, and can prevent natural environmental disruption caused by alkali pollution. SOLUTION: This low alkaline solidifying material composition is characterized by being obtained by mixing powder containing magnesia as a main component with powder containing aluminum hydroxide as a main component. Or the low alkaline solidifying material composition is characterized by adding≤100 pts. mass of one or more compounds selected from gypsum dihydrate, gypsum semihydrate, gypsum anhydrate, aluminum sulfate, and iron sulfate as essential components to 100 pts. mass of the above-mentioned low alkaline solidifying material composition.
