PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the malfunctions such as a water-stop defect, leakage at a self-closing on-off valve even when it is used over a long period of time, and ground water or highly corrosive hot water such as hot spring water is used, and to provide a self-closing combination faucet capable of being simply disassembled and exchanged even when the malfunctions such as wear, damage, corrosion, adhesion of a foreign substance occur in a seal part of an operation mechanism. SOLUTION: In the self-closing combination faucet, an operation part equipped with a push button and a push bar connected to the push button is pressed down for the push button in the axial direction by an user to open a valve body, and after a preset quantity of water is discharged, the valve body self-closes to stop water. A first mechanism unit comprising the operation part and a second mechanism unit comprising the valve body are installed separately. The seal part is arranged in a surface which the push bar of the first mechanism and the second mechanism unit contact, and the seal part is connected so as to be sandwiched by the first mechanism unit and the second mechanism unit to form a self-closing mechanism.
