PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-including cosmetic for eyelashes that has excellent long lash effect, volume effect and their excellent durability, shows good usability because causing no bundling and attain excellent uniformity of the finished film. SOLUTION: This moisture-including cosmetic for eyelashes comprises following components (A) and (B): (A) a water-soluble high molecule of which aqueous solution has thread-forming property; (B) anα-olefin-vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer.
