The invention relates to a device for assembling the elements of a dismountable flat maritime anchor and to a way of assembling which reduces, to the largest extent possible, breaking caused by the heel when the anchor penetrates into the sea bed. Said device includes palms (1), which are provided on the high part thereof with a raised element (2) which slides in a groove (3) of the removable heel, coming to an end stop (4), and which receives the anchor stick (8), which also constitutes the assembly element, axis of articulation and transversal stabilization factor during deep penetration, via the openings (5) of the palms (6), heel and (7) openings of the shank (12).The opening (9) of the heel is fully unimpeded, wherein the bar (10), which is used to pivot the palms at the moment of engagement, is left free.
